Anyone who registers for the Bandwango pass and follows the participation instructions is eligible to earn points and redeem available prizes. Participants must complete qualifying activities during the promotion period and meet any redemption requirements listed for each prize. The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny participation or prize redemption in cases of fraud, abuse, or failure to comply with the program rules.

No purchase is required to participate in the Bandwango pass. Simply sign up for the free pass and complete the required check-ins or activities to participate. You do not need to buy anything from participating businesses unless a specific offer or promotion states otherwise.

Yes! All passes are 100% FREE and instantly delivered to your smartphone via text and email. Points are earned through completing valid check-ins and using special pass offers while at participating Queen Creek locations. Points can be used to redeem prizes on select passes once you have accrued enough points to claim your desired prize.

When you’ve earned enough points, get your pass ready and coordinate prize pick up by emailing visitqc@queencreekaz.gov to coordinate pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot ship prizes to pass holders.

In short, yes! Passes will expire every year along with any points previously accrued. For an easier sign up process, sign up for new passes in your “Explore” tab of your pass before your active passes expire.

Don’t forget to use all your accrued points before your pass expires, as these will not transfer over.
